Common questions
A better first conversation starts with the basics.
Still unsure? Send the project address and a short description. We can help identify the next useful step.
Try the free permit-readiness check →What should I send for an initial review?
Your property address, municipality, a short description of the work, and any photos, sketches, survey, old plans, or municipal notices you have.
How much will permit drawings cost?
Fees depend on the property, project type, existing information, and required consultants. After reviewing the starting information, ESCL Design can define the scope and provide a project-specific proposal.
Can ESCL Design submit my building permit?
Permit coordination can be included in the project scope. The exact submission process and consultant requirements depend on the municipality and proposed work.
Can you help with an Order to Comply?
Yes. We can review the notice, document existing conditions, and prepare drawings for a retroactive permit. Engineering, investigation, or corrective construction may also be required.
