ESCL Design is operated by Conde Corp. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through escldesign.ca, our contact forms, email, phone calls, consultation booking links, and related communications.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a consultation, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, project type, project address or municipality, project details, drawings, photos, sketches, timelines, and any other information you choose to provide.
Our website may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, and general usage data through analytics, security, hosting, and performance tools.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and consultation requests.
- To review project needs and prepare proposals or scopes of work.

Consent
We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry and deliver the services you request. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, booking a consultation or accepting a proposal does not, by itself, give permission for SMS messages. SMS requires a separate, voluntary opt-in as described below. You may contact us about withdrawing consent to other uses of your information, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations.
SMS messaging privacy
ESCL Design uses SMS only for one-to-one conversations with people who explicitly agree to receive texts about their inquiry or project. Messages may include project updates, appointment/site-visit coordination, document requests, and replies to client questions.
To opt in online, provide your mobile number and select the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox on our inquiry form. SMS enrollment for this program uses the website checkbox only. An email, telephone conversation, proposal acceptance or direct service request is not an SMS opt-in. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.
Messaging information includes your mobile number, conversation content, and records of your consent and opt-out requests. We use this information to communicate with you, administer your messaging preferences and retain evidence of permission. Online consent records include the disclosure version, submission time and source page reported by the form.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is specific to ESCL Design and is not transferred to other businesses. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are excluded from advertising-platform data sharing and from the general marketing uses described elsewhere in this policy.
Messaging platforms, carriers and contracted providers may process the information needed to deliver communications, handle an inquiry or securely keep records for ESCL Design. They are not authorized to use that information for their own marketing. We may disclose information when legally required. The general sharing provisions below do not permit selling or transferring SMS opt-in records to third parties for their own use.
We retain consent and opt-out records as needed to manage your preferences and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, and restrict access to personnel and contracted providers who need it for those purposes.

We may use trusted third-party services to operate the website, process contact form submissions, manage email, schedule consultations, host files, show maps, improve security, and understand website activity. These services may process information on our behalf and may store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions.
This website may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Maps, Microsoft Outlook/Book with Me, hosting providers, email providers, and related business tools. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy terms.
